Prices & Payments Policy

Prices for language related services:

Our standard policy is to charge per English word where English is either the source or target language. Exceptions may be made when the English source format is non – editable and thus it is difficult to take a source word count. In language combinations where English is not involved, the normal practice is to charge per source character / word.

 

For other language related services appropriate units are considered for calculating the charges

Interpretation: Per day / per every extra hour
Voice over : Per minute
Sub- titling : Per frame
Dubbing : Per minute
Desktop publishing ( DTP) : Per project / per page

 

The rates are determined by the following factors:
Source & target languages
Source & target formats
Number of words / total volume
Type of text: general or specialized
Deadline: Standard or Express
Other special requirements

Discounts are allowed on large volumes.

Prices for Conference related services are quoted per project, considering all the requirements & specifications.

Prices for transcription services are charged per minute.

Prices are generally quoted in GBP but you are welcome to contact us for a quote in/ USD( US Dollars) / Euro etc.
